Registration Process

Step 1:  Sign In using your email address as your username.  Username and password are case-sensitive.  Note that Registration is not available until you sign in.

Step 2:   Use the Register Myself button to register for the workshop.

Remember to answer any questions that are required and use the Update Responses button to save your responses to the questions.

Step 3:  Use the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom right of the page.

Please note the AAPT Health and Safety protocol below.

Requirements:

• Masks will be required - 3 Ply surgical masks, KN95, N95, Kf94, etc. to cover attendee’s mouth and nose during the entire conference unless actively eating or drinking.
• Proof of full vaccination will be required (Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, etc. (a list of others will be included on aapt.org).  Attendees will be required to submit vaccination record via app.
• Booster shot recommended.
• Social distancing during the meeting in all meeting spaces.
• Attendees must complete a daily health assessment via the app each morning or before arriving to the registration area and meeting spaces.

Additional Information:

• No onsite COVID-19 testing
• No COVID-19 tests to be distributed onsite
• Attendee to be directed to local facility for COVID testing if needed
• Attendees will not be allowed access to the meeting space if they or AAPT determine they have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 or if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19
• No onsite registration 
• The above protocols will be adjusted or updated as needed. 
• AAPT will implement health and safety protocols according to the public health circumstances determined at the time of the event in Los Angeles.
• Additional information regarding the specific health and safety measures will be communicated prior to the conference.
